- Warehouse size : 1,200 m².
- Detailed shelving system configuration :
- Nine rows of shelving units, each row containing five sets, measuring C6000 x D2100 x W1200, designed with seven tiers, and a load capacity of 300–500 kg per tier.
- The mezzanine floor is at a height of 3 meters, convenient for movement and loading/unloading of goods.
- Heavy-duty shelving system with dimensions H5000 x D2880 x W1100, consisting of 4 tiers, with a load capacity of up to 2000kg/tier.
Details of the Mezzanine Flooring Installation Project at Bich Hoa Industrial Park
The mezzanine racking system in this project was directly surveyed and designed by One Tech Rack based on the existing warehouse layout and the specific goods of the business. The mezzanine solution maximizes warehouse height, creating additional storage space without expanding the floor area, thus optimizing investment costs for the customer. The load-bearing steel structure is meticulously calculated to ensure stable and safe load-bearing capacity during long-term use. The walkways on the mezzanine are scientifically arranged, convenient for forklifts and personnel to operate.
In parallel with the Mezzanine floor racking system, One Tech Rack incorporates heavy-duty racking to meet the storage needs of large and bulky goods. The synchronized combination of Mezzanine floor racking and warehouse racking allows for flexible warehouse operation, clear storage zoning, and improved import/export efficiency.
