With a racking height of 5,500 mm, each unit offers 3 storage levels, bearing a load capacity of up to 2 tons per level. All cross-bracing and load beams are reinforced to ensure even load distribution, preventing deformation and vibration during high-frequency forklift operations.

Selective racking (high accessibility): Installed for fast-moving SKUs, this system provides 100% pallet accessibility. It allows forklift drivers to pick any pallet directly without moving others, significantly reducing loading/unloading time and improving inventory management accuracy.
Double deep racking (high density): Deployed for bulk storage of homogeneous goods with lower turnover rates. This configuration doubles the storage density by placing pallets two-deep on each side of the aisle. While it requires a reach truck for operation, it dramatically boosts the overall capacity within the 1,000 m² footprint.
