One Tech Rack has recently completed the installation of a medium-duty warehouse racking system for Vina Dae-A Co., Ltd. at Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
Covering an area of 2,500 m², the warehouse required a practical storage solution capable of handling relatively heavy loads while making effective use of the available space. Based on the warehouse conditions and storage requirements, One Tech Rack supplied and installed 50 sets of medium-duty racks with a load capacity of up to 700 kg per shelf.

Optimizing Warehouse Storage with 700 kg/Shelf Racking
The medium-duty racking system was arranged into organized storage rows, creating clearly defined areas for storing and handling goods. This layout helps make better use of the warehouse floor area while maintaining suitable aisles for daily loading, unloading, and inventory operations.
With dimensions of 2,000 mm in height, 2,050 mm in length, and 620 mm in width, the racks provide multiple storage levels within a relatively compact footprint. Each shelf is designed to support loads of up to 700 kg, making the system suitable for a wide range of medium-weight warehouse goods.
The rack levels can also be adjusted according to the actual size of stored products. This flexibility allows Vina Dae-A to arrange different types of goods more efficiently and reduce unused vertical space.
50 Medium-Duty Rack Sets Installed
A total of 50 medium-duty rack sets were installed across the 2,500 m² warehouse. The racks were supplied and installed with consistent specifications, creating a uniform and systematic storage environment.
By utilizing multiple storage levels, the system allows the warehouse to take advantage of its vertical space instead of relying primarily on floor-level storage. The 700 kg per shelf capacity also provides sufficient support for goods requiring a higher storage load.
